Default RAM for P9X79 Deluxe?

Asus lists no qualified x8GB sticks for the P9X79 Deluxe. Why?

I'm looking at these sticks. How do I know they will be compatible? G.SKILL lists them as so, but not ASUS.

G.SKILL Ripjaws Z Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Desktop Memory Model F3-14900CL10Q-32GBZL

Is 1866MHz a good balance between price, speed and latency?

I'm nervous buying this RAM without seeing a single system verified working with the P9X79 Deluxe.

System manufacturers test RAM that is currently on the market prior to release of the motherboard. Those sticks probably weren't out when they did the initial testing. Odds have it, they will run perfectly fine and I'm 99% positive on that. If they don't just remember you can always RMA to Newegg when you're done.

The alternative is to shoot an email to Asus asking for compatibility, but likely they will just tell you what is on their list.
