I'd say grab the OCZ. OCZ makes some of the best high performance RAM out there.

Yea, while I've heard XMS is great memory when running stock, it doesn't OC very well ... or far ... especially for it's price.

OCZ is great memory though, excellent at OCing.

Whatever you decide, don't pick the last choice of the four, it has timings of 3-3-3-8, which are horrible compared to the other competeting memory sticks.
