Question ram?

Hi

I have 1GB of ram from crucial. I would like to upgrade to 2GB of ram. I have a few questions:

1. Is there any major difference in speed between pc2-5200 and pc2-6400.

2. Does anyone recommend a better company to buy ram from. Are corsair a good company to go for?

I am willing to sell the 1gb stick to buy 2x1gb from a better company, and if pc2-6400 is much faster.

4. What is the best ram for overclocking?
