Raidma Smilodon Case

I just finished my most recent build with the aforementioned case and have a quick question. I'm using n i5-750 CPU with a cooler master hyper 212 plus, and with the cooler positioned to exhaust out the back of the case, the cool gpu holder thing (called dirk tooth i believe) an the side fand didn't fit. I was able to jury rig the side fan with some screws so that its there, but I was wondering whether it would be worth it to return the case and get a new one (bought it from newegg). The only caveat is I'm on a pretty tight budget and I can't return the cpu h/s because I bought that on amazon for free shipping and 3 dollar price difference .

MSI P55-GD65 MoBo
Intel i5-750 @ ~~3.15ghz but 4.4ghz with turbo boost
-idles around 28 and max's around 60 with c states on.
4gb G.Skill ripjaw ddr3 1600
9800gt (soon to be gtx)
OCZ "Fatality" 550w modular PSU
Hitachi 7200 rpm 500gb HDD
LG DVD Burner
Price in the end was 750ish

If I were you, I'd return it and get this case instead.

I've used the Raidmax Smilodon case in the past, and honestly, it's NOT a good case.
