Warez is right, your better off going with RAID 1.

It is mirroing. One drive will be identical to the other one.

Thanks for the help guys, i really appreciate it. I actually cant do anything at the moment because my psu isnt working. ><

You could get a 3rd HD and set up RAID5

RAID5, as you can see from that website that Warez linked to, combines the benfits of 0 and 1 (speed and fault tolerance).

I was actually thinking about setting up a RAID5 but i dont have the money to buy a 3rd drive.
