Default Radeon 9600XT

Is this card any good? I'm thinking about getting it so If anyone has had experience with it, I want your feedback.

its a good card.. but its last last last generation... for however much you're paying now you can probably get one thats much better. how much and where from

go with a GeForce 6 Series or over like a 6600GT Nvidia GeForce 6600GT Review

if its 50$ or less you might as well get it, youll be able to run pre doom 3 games no problem, doom 3 will run but not great. If your an avid gamer I recomend at least getting a 6600gt, and even those are going to the sewer pretty fast.

My son has a 9600XT and he can play half-life 2 and DoD source with it and it runs sweet on a P4 @2.6Ghz

Its a way better card than its given credit.
