Alright I built a computer, Asus A8N32-Sli mobo, x2 7900 GTX 512MB Video cards, 2 GB etc.
Recently my PSU and Mobo died, I don't know why or how.
So I ordered a new A8N32-Sli mobo and a new PSU, and I also ordered x2 eVGA 7950GX2 Video cards. My question is:
When I get the new stuff, would there be any problem on doing the following:
Putting the new Mobo and PSU in, turning on the computer > Put the Windows CD in right away > Format the hard drive > Get everything up after format is done > download the new BIOS for Mobo (7950 GX2 dont work with old BIOS) > turn off > Put both 7950GX2 cards in > turn on > install eVGA drivers.
Would there be any problem at all there? or should I just put everything in but not install the video cards until BIOS updated?
Thing I want to know most is if there is a problem formatting computer RIGHT AWAY after putting new stuff in it?
Thanks!
