Quick help PLEASE!

im installing a Blue Orb II fan on my A8N32-Sli motherboard with a AMD Athlon 64 FX 60 processor, but the thing is the screws wont go all way down. Its like if the processor was too high and wouldnt let it go down. PLZ help, do i have to push it down hard or what do i do ><?

well if its tight and doesnt move around, not even the slightest bit, its fine i think.
