Default quick graphics card questing

hi all, im planning on upgrading my current gaming rig with a new gpu set up. i currently have a gtx460. my question is which one is better. 1 gtx 680 or 2 gtx570 running sli. my motherboard is the sabertooth p67, intel cor i5 2500k. 8gb or vengance ram and an 850w psu.

SLI 570s should perform better than a 680 but I personally think you would be better off with a single 680.
