I have a skt939 amdX2 computer now and was thinking about getting a aftermarket heatsink and fan. Thing is I'm probably gonna update to a core 2 or amd k10 sometime next year (whichever is faster). So what is a good cooler that works in skt939 and newer sockets? I'm looking in the ~$30 price range but if something like the Tuniq is waaaaaay better I guess I could spend a little more.

The Tuniq is what you want..spend the extra cash for it. It works on all sockets as well which is nice.
