Questions about XFX ATI Radeon HD 5870 XXX Edition

When I was about to purchase my 5870, I came across two versions provided by XFX, one being the XXX edition, and the regular one. Now, what's the main difference between the two? Is it just the higher clocks on the XXX edition, or does it have things that I can't obtain on the regular version via overclocking?

If the XXX edition is just an overclocked regular edition, then I might as well save 20 dollars and buy the regular edition and overclock it myself.

basically yes. the xxx edition has a bit higher core and memory clocks. they both have double lifetime warranties and come with the same accessories.
