Default Questions about Raid and power supply noise

I'm looking at two WD Raptor WD360GD 36.7GB 8M Cache Hard Drive in Raid-1 [Data Mirroring] With 2X Hard Drives, and was wondering how noisy this would be.

I was also wondering how noisy the PC Power & Cooling TURBO-COOL 850 Watt (950W Peak) Power Supply [SLI Ready] is.

Does anyone have the two hard drives I listed in Raid? If so, do they make a big difference?

Thanks.

I know, the only reason I'm getting it is so that I always have a PS that can handle future upgrades. It's also easier because iBUYPOWER has one, so it'll come with the computer.

Thanks though.
