Questions about a new build.

I'm thinking of a new build, as I mentioned here on the forums I won the Lotto, but I'm still waiting for the cheque to clear so in the mean time I'm just doing some online browseing and marking spec's Vs. prices. What do you gyes think of the build below and have you any recomendations.

Can anyone shed some light on what I will get out of this, and if it will be good for folding?

The Sandybridge core is aparrently immence for over clocking, will this be built in to the BIOS?

Have I missed anything and what do you gyes think? Should I tone it down abit and it will be with win 7 HP.

Is this for folding or gaming?

Either or, I would go with a Corsair PSU and the 3770k instead of the 2700k.
If the rig is for gaming then go with a 570 instead of 2 550s.
