would this motherboard http://cgi.ebay.com/Dell-Optiplex-GX...QQcmdZViewItem fit with the components of a Dell Dimension 8200?

they are both skt 478 and i would get new RAM

i doubt it, dell configuarations of screw places are almost always different from normal mobo's

but if your willing to make your own holes in the case, then go for it

psu, probly not, dell has a nasty habit of switching certain wires around to prevent reuse
