I was reading it over and it says this
Notice: Only DDR2-800 memory supporting JEDEC approved 1.8V operation with timings of 5-5-5 or 6-6-6 is supported on Intel Desktop Boards based on Intel 965 Express Chipsets.
The RAM i have is 1.9-2.0v at 5-5-5. The question is, I can change this later on the board im getting right? its this one
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813138037
Also will it even boot with that RAM? Maybe it would underclock it to 1.8 and I could change this later? I dont see a better board for around that price range for OC. I also know that the board is good for OC meaning you would OC your RAM to increase your FSB anyway. So how would i change the standard voltage of the board.? The people on newegg made a stupid coment like having to put in 1.8 and switch it or something.
