Question about EVGA stepup program..

If I buy a card, get it stepped up tomorrow, does that stepped up card also recieve an option for stepping up?

I think I typed that right..

decided not to go with evga when purchasing a back up pci-e card

You only get 1 step up per purchase. So if you buy 2 cards, each can be stepped up, but the "step up" card cant be. You follow?
