Quadro Graphics for Gaming

I've read around the place how big specs and stufff about the Quadro, but i'm confused as why it isn't used for gaming.

"The cards are designed to accelerate CAD (computer-aided design) and DCC (digital content creation) and are usually found in workstations." That is why nvidia has the geforce series for gaming.

The drives are created to run developing software not games. Gaming cards have drivers that accelerate games.

quadro = cad, graphics designing

 

[Jorsoft]

You can games on Quadros but performance will be significantly better on a Geforce card. Just like you can render and design on a Geforce card but performance is better w/ a quadro.
