No GFX card.. using On board HDMI

so my computer kinda studders during daily opperation. would a GFX card in prove performance a little bit? i dont use any gfx demading programs i know my computer isnt up to par. would maybe a processer wit 6mb L3 help?
its not spyware or malware i know for a fact.

Your CPU (processor) is perfectly good for average use; a cheap graphics card would probably help with any slowdowns.

When you say 'studders during daily operation', could you explain that further?

the studder is a little freeze ups when multi tasking. like switching between Bluefish and Firefox. I am considering a good GFX card for black ops and such . the lag is minimal but irritating lol.

what is a good card for around 200?
