quad 105w vs dual 65w

hey do i have to reinstall Windows if i take out my dual core and pop in a quad core? or will the system recognize and adjust to the new proc?

You only have to reinstall Windows, when you're changing more major components like the motherboard. For the CPU, the computer will recognize, right away. No need for reinstallation.

If you have the money, the Thermalright Extreme. Remember the extreme, has no fan included....but the Tuniq will do just fine, on a quad core.

I guess that's how Thermalright is...but when combined with a fan, you could see 50C load on the Q6600.

are there thermalpads on tuniq tower 120? and if there are is it good like the AF7's ????

I believe theres not. There is thermal grease included in the box though...but I doubt it's good. So AS5 FTW.
