Hard to beleive that 1000 processors sold in one day on newegg. wow.
If they bought 1000 of them for 266, that's obviously 266,000$.
If they were selling them for the least amount- 299.00 - they made 299,000$, profitting 33,000$.
However, prices jumped half way in the day. so...at maximum, (1000 x 380 ) = 380,000$ ) profiting 114,000$
So.. newegg profited somewhere between 33,000$ and 114,000$ in the matter of 1-2 days.
I wonder if any of the processors that were sold on newegg was G0 stepping. Also I just like to say I'm utterly amazed at the high demand for the q6600, before it sounded like everyone hated quad cores and kept refering to them as not being "true quad cores blah blah"
