Default Which q6600 do I have?

I got CPU-Z and it tells me the revision is g0, But setting is b. Does that mean I have g0?

yes u have a G0 chip, the stepping is just a letter that shows how much a cpu has improved from its last stepping.

it means you have the energy efficient G0 stepping...
