I'm going with whoever said that laptops are a waste of cash. People in college do not need laptops. I go to school and see kids in class with them... They don't do anything with them except sit on AOL in class... I wish people didn't invent excuses to buy laptops. they're really throwing money away.

Writing down notes on paper really sucks tough, I mean really really sucks. Plus I'm going into computer engineering/programming so it would be nice to be able to program in java on a laptop (if not manditory) and not have to usb stick it all the time. If it can play any pre doom3 games, which it can (1k 3dmark 05, decent) then it can play pretty much any good games, seeing as most games in last 2 years have had crap singleplayer.
