Default Re: PSU Question

where are you buying from? these are some others around the same price as a 650tx.

what case are you using for your folding rig? this would work if you can manage to squeeze it into your case.
Newegg.com - Antec CP-850 850W Continuous Power CPX SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC "compatible with Core i7" Power Supply - Power Supplies

or this one
Newegg.com - SILVERSTONE OP800 800W ATX 12V 2.2 & EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Active PFC Power Supply - Power Supplies

or what do you think of a recertified psu?
Newegg.com - Recertified: PC Power and Cooling Silencer 750 Quad Red 750W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Certified 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply

Where ever is cheapest, doesn't really matter. If there is somewhere cheaper than newegg that would be a plus, cause I have to pay tax at newegg because they have a warehouse in cali...

that pc power and cooling looks like a good choice...

the case i'm using is just a standard atx, about 6 years old lol. that antec is huge...

edit: WOOT someone on XS just offered the pcp&c 750w for $50 + shipping!

edit edit: being shipped a pcp&c 750w tomorrow...
