12V X .05 == .60 therefor all values Between 11.40V and 12.60V is/are adequete.

ah I was unaware of the tolerance specs. I would like to see how much the voltage and current deflects under load or spikes.

for 40 bucks its an excellent power supply though, after rebate its free, shipping is free. It doesnt feel cheap at all, and its near silent.
