Default PSU assistance

Hey all, building my bro a a new comp, was searching and found a link to a PSU calc, just unsure on some of the % due to unknown meaning. Hoping some1 can provide some input on how large of a PSU will be needed.

Asus P5B Deluxe Mobo
WD 150 Raptor
320g HDD
Evga 7900GTO
2g Corsair DD2 800
Dvd Burner
Multi-card Reader
5+ Cold Cathode
Custom Water Cooling setup
-DD5 Pump
-2 120mm fans
*Added Edit - Creative Sound Blaster Audigy2 ZS Platinum SD

Odd build b/c its going to be mounted on a wall artistically i suppose you could say. Exposed build so heat should not be much of an issue with Cpu/Gpu/N-S Bridge (Ram/HDDs tba) watercooled.

Anyway I figure 550+ should be enough but going to OC aswell so how large should I figure?
-Dual 12v Rail
-Modular Cabling
-PFC yes/no?

Bro wants this one b/c its eye appealing.

Thanks for your help.
Edit - S/A *

Well thankyou Nukem for your reply but that does not answer my question. So 600watts will be enough to supply the listed items and allow for OC of several components? Going with Modular cabling and efficiency is not an issue, primary is astetics due to the complexity of the project, but once again thanks anyways for your suggestion.

Don't get ultra PSUs - not good.

600w is enouph. If you want more power, you can pick up a 700w version.
