We need to see your component specs, but as reckliss indicates use 500 watts as a dividing line. That being said, not all 500 power supplies are equal. Make sure you get a dependable name brand.
 
Antec, OCZ, PCP&C, Fortron

Look at the guide on the top of the page theres a nice little psu section, its called what to do when buying a new computer or something :)
 
the minimum you should get ever for gaming is 400w, you should aim for the 500w region and 600w is about the highest you should go. Of those brands that PZEROFGH showed you, PCP&C is best quality but most expensive, OCZ is also amazing quality with a good price, Antec is respectable, I have one and it's great, Fortron is about as good as Antec from what I know. just make sure you go quality over max output, a good psu can peak a lot higher than it's recommended output so consider that too.
