i dunno about adjustable rails, if you ever feel like adjusting one i guess. lol. anyways i would say buy the Sli ready psu, so if you ever feel like modding the ultra-D and buy an additional video card, you dont have to buy another psu.

If you have the money and want the best PSU possible get the PC Power & Cooling 510W PSU. Highest quality around.

OK that one is the best but nobody needs 850W of power. I am saying the best that isnt completly overkill is the 510W one.
