My motherboard had been havign isues with not posting after a cold restart so I called Abit tech support today, and after being given a bit of a runaround, I finally just punched some random extension numbers, got a live person, and got transfered to marketing/public relations.

I explained my situation and the fact that I couldnt do a normal rma due to issues of me not having a computer in college in the interim, and they agreed to bring a replacement board to the newegg lan party this weekend which I will be attending.

Most companies wouldnt give you that kind of service and Im proud to say I use an Abit motherboard.

did the company suggest that you go to the lan? or did you ask them...
