Processors!!

heya,

i cant decide between buying the:

Intel Pentium 950D

or

Intel Core 2 Duo E6400

im planning to use it as a small server with 1.5 tb storage with an average 12 people browsing and downloading. Although its main use will be as a server i also want to use it as a minor gaming and video editing centre in the background it will need to be able to copy dvd's on to hardrive and general other tasks.

Any advice would be much appreciated i would like to use an intel processor for under £180

I already checked tomshardware and the pcmark05 Cpu test the pentium D did better i'm probably just being pedantic though. Also i was slightly thrown as the 950D is more expensive then the core 2 duo.

that must be the only test it wins at check all the others the core 2 duo smokes it.
