Default Processor Upgrade.

Im in the mood for an upgrade. No more then 250 W/ Shipping, Can be from TigerDirect, Newegg or Zipzoomfly.
Socket 939 W/ Heatsink. Can be Dual Core or Single.
So heres My Compatibility List .

So I was looking at the AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+ ManChester

Any reccomendations are welcome.
I also Assume that since Im only changing the Proc I won't have to reinstall/Repair Windows? Though I might Reformat anyways.

Will Be Doing A Flash once I Figure out how.

Looks like a good choice to me. A nice upgrade from your 3200+

EDIT: I just noticed you changed from 4400+ to 4600+...why is cheaper then the 4400+?

Having Trouble Preforming a BIOS Flash. How Would I go about it, If I do not have a floppy drive. I already tried using Nero to make the CD Bootable then burned the Files to the CD. After booting off of it, it Just gives me an A:\ Prompt and never Preforms the flash. POST Screen says F5 and I want to Flash to F7. So I know it didn't happen.
