I have ASUS SK8N motherboard with Opteron 150 processor.
It's socket 940
I was wondering if I may put any dualcore Opteron 2xx model to this mobo ?
2xx single core processors do work, so the only thing to deal here is dual core.
I think there's no upper mhz limit, at least 2400mhz processor worked fine with single core.
I haven't received response from ASUS yet so I ask here too..
