so that would make a 450-500w psu more suitable for my application since most of them run at theyr max efficiency round 80% load

I HATE FIREFOX!!!!!!!I don't care if its what you use!!! I use IE and will continue using it...

The Corsair that peter suggested is great. It'll supply you with all your needs. But since I don't buy power supplies off of newegg cause they are often overpriced I'd buy the Corsair 520HX from ZZ Corsair HX Series CMPSU-520HX 520W Power Supply at ZipZoomfly for much cheaper.
