power supply help

ok how much power will i need to run the following

amd athlon 64 4000+
2 160gb western digital hard drives
1gb memory
gigabyte k8nxp pro motherboard
gigabyte dvd dual layer burner
nvidia 7800 gtx

im not sure but do i add extra power for usb,firwire, and other ports as well?

my next piece im trying to buy is a power supply but i dont know how much i will need. any help?

Youll need more then 500 watts, but thats not as important then quality.

oh and one thing i should also ask (thanks PSU god by the way) is when a brand says low noise or quiet system do they mean it? i want a quiet computer without the buzzing so what brands are good to trust as far as low on noise?

Sure they mean it, but the internal components need to be cooled, I DO NOT reccomend a "quiet" power supply. They are usally low quality Power supplies and since thier fans are low DBA, thuse low CFM, they are not cooled correctly.

Sorry, But I can't reccomend a quiet one, the PSU should be one thing you don't want quiet.
