Default Power supply

Ive heard a lot of people say that i shouldnt us the PSUs that come with a case, but is this always true? even if the case is from a company that makes good PSUs?

im looking at an antec case that says it has a 450 watt smartpower 2.0

That is mosly the case, but that 450 watt Antec PSU is very reliable. Any antec case comes with reliable PSU's i think.
