Power spply question

hi

yes im new here,

but im currently adapting my old computer and give it a little boost,

Most parts i am fine with ,However,

the power supply of these componets,

Gefore 8600gt 256mb
3ghz dual core cpu
2x kingston value ram ddr2 530

all come to around 389 watt, the question is, would my 450W power supply handle that?
