power to a build

Would a 350 watt antec with about 23 amps power a quad and a ds3r? and like a 7300gs? two sata hard drives also, with maybe 3 fans. Buildign for dad, he owns that antec already, and doesent want to have to buy one but will if nessesary. Will probably not overclock (unless i can convince him since its his work comp)
