Um..... huge debate... some claim muultiple rsails ensure the small part get proper power, but single rail ensures the big parts gets their max amounts...

Theres a few discussions on this if you're sleepy nand need a seditive

Mulitple rails spread power evenly purely for safety reasons.

But it can result in your system being unstable if you have too much hooked up to one rail. Rarely ever happens though.
