Default Is it possible to upgrade my computer???

Hello all,
I'm planning to upgrade my processor from Intel P4 HT to some Intel Core 2 Duo Socket LGA775. Here is my computer's info:

Could you advice if I can do it? And if possible what processor could it be replaced? Thank you!

I do not know of a 915 chipset that can run anything better than a P4.

You would be much better served saving for a new mb, cpu and ram versus a P4 670 which would be the fastest you could run.

ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 :: INTEL i7 920 @3.4 :: XFX GTX260 :: 6gb Corsair 1600 :: Corsair 750TX :: TRUE 120 :: Samsung T240 24" :: Windows 7 X64

I do not accept support questions via PM

its also a Dell, so most likely due to BIOS issues.
