Question Possible upgrade?

OK, so I have all the specs in my sig, I'm thinking since I'm a poor college kid, I don't have the money for a whole new build. I just play games like battlefield bad company 2, runs pretty good on high, but I notice it runs a little slower than I would like.. my questions are:
1) should I get a GTX 465 or spend the extra $$$ on a 470?
Newegg.com - EVGA 01G-P3-1465-AR GeForce GTX 465 (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

2) what does a "fermi" video card mean? ( I saw this on an EVGA card on newegg)
thanks guys

hmm really? even though its like $100 more? I figure my current pc isn't really that bad, just the video card is maybe lacking a little, and I can bring this new graphics card over to a new build if I ever do it.. hmmm

kinda off topic, but still pertains... i never thought id spend over $100 on a case, im going to buy the HAF X on friday when i get paid... it will be my case for the forseable future, im expecting it will be my case for the next 2 - 3 builds. spending a little more money now will save you money later

also i would check craigsist and classifieds try to find a used one... maybe someone upgrading to a 480, save a bit of cash that way
