!!PLEASE HELP. WILL THIS FIT IN MY MOTHERBOARD??? (ati 5770) takes up 2 slots

i plan on purchasing an asus m4a785 motherboard and i want to put in a pci-e ati 5770. it takes up two slots and there might be a pci slot in the way if i get this card. will this card(5770) fit in the m4a785 motherboard?

The card will fit on the motherboard but it will prevent you from using one of the PCI slots.
