Is that sempron socket 754? I believe so right? Also what are your priorities for this? will you be using it for standard things? Gaming? Explain a little more

ok forst you need a real video card, you current card is integrated. and it sucks. you dont need much to play WoW well
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102043
the 9600XT will be fine for WoW but if you are thinking about Counter Strike or a newer game you will need more muscle

you also need memory. another gig of value ram will do wonders
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145505

your cpu could use a bump. s754s ar ehard to come by nowadays but here is an Athlon 3200+ it will make a difference
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103035

that should really bump things up. and its nowhere near $500 either.

Ok i believe I can work something out.

Lets see I think the best bet is to try to fit in a Dual core that will use older DDR1 memory, and an X2 3800 should work for that as they are pretty cheap these days.

$135- AMD X2 3800
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103733

You'll want a cheap stick of 512 as 1GB should suffice your needs when you add em together.

$38- Corsair Value Select 512MB DDR-400
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145026

A cheap mobo that would work with 4 ram slots, AM2 socket, and a PCI-E slot.

56$- ECS NFORCE4M-A (V3.0) Socket AM2 NVIDIA nForce4 4X
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813135028

A card that should be more than enough for games such as WoW.

$80 - Radeon x1300xt
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102048

Small Yet efficient enough SATA 3.0 80GB HD

$44 - Hitachi 80GB SATA 3.0 8MB cache
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822145127

A Case with a standard PSU that should be enough to handle everything. It also has spaces for fans if you have any leftover or want to pick some up later.

$31- Rosewill with 350w PSU
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811147010

That comes to $383 before shipping.

That leaves you with extra cash to upgrade the harddrive if you want, or throw in a mouse or something.

I don't suggest you mess with the CPU as your going to want a dual core. Also that video card is pretty fast and leaves you open to a better one later on if you prefer.
