Default Please criticize my build before I buy

Well I've picked out what parts I want for my new rig. Please critique it and let me know that everything works together. Heres the links.

It just says both shopping carts are empty, that second one's got a 30-day expiry on it btw.

PSU:

CPU:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ Manchester

RAM:
CORSAIR XMS 2GB (2 x 1GB)

HDD:
Western Digital Caviar WD1200BB 120GB

CD Drive:
LITE-ON 16X DVD¬ĪR

you have to get UV cold cathodes for those fans to light up. you can dinfd those on xoxide. the case is ok, be sure to do some good wire management unless you dont care aobut your pc being messy. and if your getting a dfi mobo, im assuming your going to overclock, get an opteron or a X23800 since you can easily oc either of those 2 to the 4200 speeds

No I'm not going to overclock. I might way later but...
Yeah I'm getting UV cc's at xoxide and some UV reactive wire sleeving.
If I'm not going to overclock should I consider a different mobo?
