Default Phantecks enthoo pro power supply

Hey everyone. I'm replacing my power supply. I'm getting the evga supernova gold gs 850w. When I install it in my phantecks enthoo pro, should I have the fan facing upward, and if so, should I remove the case that covers my power supply for fan flow?
Thanks.

Is there a filtered vent in the bottom the PSU sits over?

It's ok to leave it on. Eco mode only deals with the fan and I'm told they're kinda loud.
