Phantecks enthoo pro power supply

Hey everyone. I'm replacing my power supply. I'm getting the evga supernova gold gs 850w. When I install it in my phantecks enthoo pro, should I have the fan facing upward, and if so, should I remove the case that covers my power supply for fan flow?

What are the other specs of your computer?

It's ok to leave it on. Eco mode only deals with the fan and I'm told they're kinda loud.
