Pentium D 3.4GHz vs. Conroe E6400 (2.13GHz)

I May only wish to correct you all on one matter, the E6400 Is not conroe, its not code named conroe and does not relate to conroe.

That's a beautiful conparison and shows that E6300 beats 3.73GHz Pentium D!
Now regarding AMD, my computer uses 4400+ with 2 gigs of Gold OCZ AND the WD Raptor HD at 10000 RPM. My graphic card is 7600GT EVGA. Guess what? I'm not happy with my system. Have you heard of a program called StarryNight? Well, the graphics are not as fast as I'd like. There are also many other aspects that I thought my PC would be faster at, but it's not. The reason I didn't wait for conroe was because I had no time.
Now I have to use my PC for a year and then get the quadcore K8L from AMD, unless they lose to intel yet again.
