I got around 14k with my q6600 and single GT setup.

at 3.6ghz that is

ok, it seems like my performance will double with new setup. Ill order it in the next week or 2. thanks to everyone who has helped me decide on parts and everything. Cant wait to play crysis on high settings and now lag like crazy!

I hope to achieve the same, but using a phenom ay 3.0ghz and an 8800gts 512.

i have the HD 3870 x2, so all i can say is that this is the first time ive ever owned a high-end graphics card before, so idk what differ it would be with a PCI-E 1.1 x16 unless OC could show a differ.
