PCI-E x1 Graphics Card?

man... seriously, get a new mobo and get a decent gfx card, that one sucks

its not my computer, its my friends dell, the http://www1.ca.dell.com/content/products/productdetails.aspx/dimen_3100?c=ca&cs=CADHS1&l=en&s=dhs&~tab=specstab#tabtop]Dell Dimension 3100[/URL] but i got hit without either a PCI-E or an AGP slot which is why im buying a new mobo, which im trying to get him to do aswell.
