The number of amps is the amperage on the 12V rail.

My computer uses 1.5A-load, .8A-idle, .65A-standby, .05A-turned off on 125V.

Find out what the power draw for your video card is. The number will be in watts.
Now divide that number by 12 which is the voltage difference on that line.

The end result will be the total number of amps off the 12V rail your video card draws.
