PC wont boot.

Okay, I just put the Cooler Master Hyper 212 in my PC and now it wont boot. ODD starts, HDD starts, Fans run, little green motherboard light comes on. Turns on when I press the power button but wont turn off. Nor will it show the Power On LED. However, if I hold the power button it will turn off. Nothing displayed on screen... Disconnected some fans and unplugged the GPU to see if was a power cost issue... Still didn't work. What could have gone wrong???

If it helps... The fans are coming on but going up and down in RPMS. Also the LED's on the fans are blinking/dim... Could this be the PSU?

perhaps your RAM is bad, what are your full system specs?
