Any tips you guys can give me to improve my performance would be awesome

Thanks in advance :D

from what i get you have a ASrock Motherboard, your memory speeds are unsupported for it. Also just leave the cpu at stock, disable the onboard graphics. If using 32 bit, some games will not work correctly with more than 2GB and you either should remove a stick or limit the OS use of ram in windows ( 2.5GB and lookalike won't work). Those CPU temps are a little high and will cause the same symptoms like a lack of memory would, and if higher will cause freezing and random restarts, maybe lowering the voltage within range of the spec should work. All other temps are normal and your GPU temp is real good , usual temps are iin the lower 50's at max.
